What is venven?

venven is a social event platform: discover events near you, post your own, follow friends and venues, and use the social calendar to share your availability and find times (and events) that work for everyone.

Is venven free?

Yes. Browsing, posting events, RSVPs, following, and calendar sharing are free.

Who can post an event?

Anyone with an account. Venue owners, promoters, and producers can get verified roles with extra tools like the host dashboard.

How does calendar sharing work?

From the Calendar tab, choose what to share (your availability, events you’re going to, events you went to), optionally narrow it (for example weekends only), and send the link by message or email. Recipients can propose a time that works or share their availability back — venven then highlights the overlap.

What’s a private account?

With a private account, people must send you a follow request before they can see your events and activity. You approve or decline requests from the Alerts tab.

What are points, streaks, and badges?

You earn points for being active — posting events, RSVPing, following, commenting, and sharing your calendar. Opening the app daily builds a streak with bonus points, and badges mark milestones. The leaderboard resets weekly; the all-time board never does.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: You → Support → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile and username.
